Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative and organizational support to the team
• Manage scheduling, correspondence, and day-to-day operations
• Assist with billing processes and coordination

• Assist with social media management, including scheduling and posting content

Qualifications

• Flexible and adaptable with the ability to manage shifting priorities
• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Experience with Jane App, billing to benefits and psycho-educational assessments is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small group reading intervention and instruction
• Assess students' reading levels and develop individualized plans to support growth
• Track and monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed
• Collaborate with families and team members to support each child's learning journey
• Maintain organized and accurate records of student progress
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families and staff

Qualifications

• Experience in reading intervention is required
• Background in teaching, literacy instruction, or educational support
• Strong knowledge of evidence-based reading strategies and programs
• Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to the success of every child
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience working with children with diverse learning needs is an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling and psychological services to children and families
• Deliver evidence-based interventions including the SPACE model for anxiety 
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor and track client progress, adjusting approaches as needed
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other team members to support holistic care
• Maintain accurate and confidential client documentation and records
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with families throughout the therapeutic process

Qualifications

• Registered Psychologist in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body
• Experience providing counseling to children and adolescents is required
• Training and experience with the SPACE model or similar anxiety intervention frameworks
• Strong knowledge of childhood anxiety, emotional regulation, and related concerns
• Empathetic, patient, and skilled at building rapport with children and families
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Experience conducting psycho-educational assessments is an asset
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice

• Support students in developing executive functioning skills including organization, time management, planning, and task initiation
• Assess individual student needs and develop personalized learning strategies
• Track and monitor student progress and adjust approaches to meet evolving needs
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure a consistent and supportive learning experience
• Communicate regularly and professionally with families regarding student growth and goals
• Maintain accurate and organized records of student sessions and progress

Qualifications

• Background in teaching, tutoring, or educational support is required
• Experience supporting students with executive functioning challenges
• Knowledge of evidence-based academic intervention strategies
• Patient, empathetic, and skilled at building trust with students of all learning styles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience working with students with diverse or complex learning needs is a strong asset
• Familiarity with psycho-educational assessments or learning profiles is an asset
